I desire to provide my patients with the education and resources needed to create sustainable lifestyle changes. My coaching is NOT just a temporary fix. I will provide the necessary tools and knowledge needed to positively impact your health for the rest of your life.

Specializing in patients with diabetes and prediabetes, I've helped several patients move from an elevated A1C back to the normal range. Several patients have controlled their blood sugar through lifestyle modifications alone.  I acknowledge that every client is UNIQUE

With my knowledge as a pharmacist, I am well aware of drug interactions, nutrient depletions, and side effects associated with medications. For many patients, we can even work to take you off or decrease the dose of your chronic medications.

My goal is to help at least 1000 patients reverse their diabetes or prediabetes diagnosis solely through lifestyle changes.

What is Dance FitneZZ?  A high intensity tempo training full-body workout which combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.


Every squat, lunge, burpee, and punch is driven by the MUSIC! 

What is  Core Cardio Challenge? 

A high intensity interval training workout focusing on the abdominal muscles and incorporating cardio intervals to produce maximum calorie burn and shred those abs! Core Cardio Challenge classes are 30-45 minutes long. Be prepared to have FUN and sweat!


A focus on positive mindset, sustainability, and the foundations for a healthy life.

What is a nutrition coach? A trained professional who works with clients to improve their health through dietary changes and overall well-being. A nutrition coach's role is to provide guidance, advice, and support for clients. Zoe will not be prescribing meal plans, supplements, or therapies to treat disease.

ACE® certified personal trainer

A personal trainer creates one-on-one fitness programs for their clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals. Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, and as a personal trainer you'll teach and help them to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans.
