No, she is able to look over your food journal and tell you what to eat more or less, give examples of food groups to avoid or increase, and provide you with dietary advice and research.

Q: WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A personal trainer creates one-on-one fitness programs for their clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals. Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, and as a personal trainer you'll teach and help them to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGISTERED DIETICIAN (RD) AND CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH (CNC)?

RDN vs. CNC…the difference is CLINICAL, Dieticians create diet plans and tell you exactly what to eat. They may treat eating disorders and provide nutrition-related medications and therapy. RDs can initiate laboratory testing. CNCs take on the role of educator. They work with the general population to improve overall quality of life and facilitate the inclusion of healthy eating behaviors. Nutrition Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
