Specializing in patients with diabetes and prediabetes, I've helped several patients go from an elevated A1C back to the normal range controlling their blood sugar through diet and exercise lifestyle modifications.

What is a nutrition coach? A trained professional who works with clients to improve their health through dietary changes and overall well-being. A nutrition coach's role is to provide guidance, advice, and support for clients. Zoe will not be prescribing meal plans, supplements, or therapies to treat disease.
